Ricante Jerk Chicken Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • jerk seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1.5tsp onion powder
  • TB thyme
  • 2 tsp allspice
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup organic chicken broth
  • 1 cup of Ricante sauce


  1. in a bowl combine the chicken, almond flour and spices, mix well and form into 1 inch balls. 
  2. Spray the bottom of the instant pot and place the meatballs into the pot careful not to cram. 
  3. Close the lid and pressure cook for 5 min on high. Quick-release after 5 min. 
  4. Remove meatballs and stir the sauce in the pot and place it on top of the meatballs. 

These are delicious on Ricante Sweet Coco Tater Mash, cauliflower rice, or spaghetti squash. Garnish w/ cilantro and chopped cashews. Enjoy!
