Directions:

  1. Start with a cup of diced melon
  2. Add 2-3 TBSP of chopped mint leaves
  3. Squeeze in the juice of half a lime
  4. Add in TBSP of tropical pineapple Ricante
  5. Add a dash of cayenne or Tajin.
  6. Mix all and serve cold. Enjoy!!
