- Place bag of pre-chopped coleslaw mix in a bowl (omit the dressing pack).
- Add diced mandarin
- Add 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
- Mix TBSP of avocado mayo and TBSP of Tropical Mango Coco or Tropical Pineapple Ricante sauce and add it to the slaw.
- Add a dash of cayenne or tajin for an extra kick
- Garnish with sesame seeds
This is a great base for grilled chicken or shrimp or a side dish on its own
